I wrote this on Ray’s page but time for my page!
Ray.. I gotta say thank u fir bringing the truth out! As a white bale figure who worked at Sony “Urban” back in the days, it was very strange, as it is today, to see all of these white men in all leadership positions - CEO’, Presidents, CFO’, COO’s & the power that they had- but to me they are not whites, they were all Jewish - in the Torah, they consider all non-Jews “Goy” or “cattle” & evil!! They had a picture on a Rolling Stone or Billboard cover a few years ago & out of the 30 CEO’s/presidents at Major record labels/or major indies w/Major backing- I believe their was one non-black & non-Jewish person (La Reid) now that s a major concern & problem - a 50 year old Jewish man telling or controlling every aspect of an “urban artist” & I’ve tried to get back into the industry & have been shot down numerous times because if the job opening is between myself, a black person or a Jewish person - guess who’s getting the job -well we know the answer ! It’s time to start for a reform and possibly legal remedies to justify this! As a man with a Haitian wife & 2 mixed daughters & those that personally know me, that I so far from being a racist & hip-hip is was I brought uo on (Kool G Rap, Big Daddy Kane , BDP, Just Ice, EPMD, Gangstarr etc) so I’m totally with you and support u wholeheartedly! Anything I can do to help , please let me know! God bless & thank u for allowing the world to know the issues that lie upon the music industry!
Regards,
