Same bikini .. almost four months apart . The first four photos are me at the end of March of this year , and the last four are of me tonight , here in July. I have noticed my body changing a lot in my fourties , more so than when I was in my thirties . Even as I continue to work on always being the best version of myself , throughout this journey , I am constantly feeling my body change naturally. I have been gaining a lot of self love and acceptance these last few years , and realized that as I get older , it’s okay that I’m going through these physical changes . I’m learning to embrace them . This goes out to all you ladies out there who are experiencing this in your fourties too! Each and every one of us is experiencing it, and I think it’s a beautiful thing . 🩷 Just remember, we all matter and each and every one of our bodies are built differently. 🩷😊 I want to continue to normalize my natural body, even throughout my fitness journey . Google told me Sacha never talked about his character Ali G on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart … wrong lol ! I found some fun and cool footage from my archives ! I watched this in July of 2018. I’m pretty sure I was watching this on youtube. I tried to find the exact date and episode this aired , but I couldn’t seem to get that information.
