Older adults are at increased risk of getting very sick from the flu and COVID-19, so it’s especially important to get vaccinated this fall.

And it's safe to get both the flu and COVID-19 vaccines at the same time!

Some know him as Peter Parker from Queens. Others know him as Spider-Man.

Either way, he’s ours. 🕷️

This weekend, the Council was proud to co-name Ingram St. “Spider-Man Way,” honoring the hero who carries New York’s energy, optimism, and resilience into every dimension. by @lynn4nyc

"With great power comes great responsibility" was the recurring theme of yesterday's street co-naming of Ascan Ave. & Ingram Street in #ForestHills to Spider-Man Way. Big thx to @sambergerny for bringing the idea to me, and thx to @disney & @marvel for pulling it all together! by @lynn4nyc

AI has enormous potential to cure diseases and revolutionize healthcare. But we must also address the risks. At this week’s @nyccouncil hearing on AI, spearheaded by @speakermenin, I pressed AI companies on the safeguards needed to prevent the creation and spread of dangerous biological pathogens. Innovation is great, but it must also be safe. by @lynn4nyc

Today, October 7, is the 3rd anniversary of the day innocent souls in Israel were slaughtered, maimed, kidnapped, tortured, and terrorized by terrorists. It is a day only matched by the Holocaust. Praying for a path to peace in the region. by @lynn4nyc
