Our constitutional rights and fundamental freedoms are non-negotiable.

The State is duty bound to protect the human rights of all. Human rights violations are untenable.

The images of the brutal and relentless lathicharging and harassment of peaceful protestors seeking their just constitutional rights shared across the media, have been seen across the world.

The violence and harassment, particularly reported by several women journalists, and women as well as youth student protestors; has also been recorded widely by the media and citizens.

To everyone fighting the good fight, seeking our just constitutional rights peacefully - You are not alone.🤝🇮🇳🤍🕊️

The foundational principles upon which India was first freed from the shackles of colonial oppression weren't handed down to the people of India - They were hard fought for and earned; in nonviolent struggle.

Those principles and that vision still animates the conscience of every person of this country standing up today yet again, to secure fundamental freedoms for all.

The police and administration must follow constitutional norms and code of conduct and secure the rights of the people, not violate them - This is basic and it is non-negotiable.

To all voicing peacefully and in nonviolence the need for integrity on part of the administrative, executive and every branch of governance - Solidarity, strength.🤝🤍🕊️

I haven't heard this rendition of this song before. Something about it - the guitar, the harmonica, the vocals - I love.

We all need a little bit of poetry, a lot of music 🎶🎵 and some art too, as we explore and adventure through what some others may call life. 🥰✨🤗👯‍♀️🤝✨💫

And on the days you don't have access to any of the above - Just Breathe. 🫁 🩷✨💫🤝🤗🤝✨

The greatest and most beautiful achievement of an artist truly isn't the accolade, the fame or the other forms of recognition that come with pursuing your chosen form of art.

It is to become a part of the memories and lives of the audiences that an artist creates for, in an inextricable way.

This is why we do what we do!

In Cinema and other forms of art often, it is moments such as this that become timeless and eternal - Where you touch the lives of people, often without ever meeting them...and become a part of some of their most cherished, precious, personal and intimate memories.

Thankyou for your artistry. @tomcruise 🙌🏽✨🤝💫
You are simply exceptional! @topgunmovie @paramountpics @skydance @warnerbros
