Get involved!💜

On Friday, October 9th, and Friday, October 23rd from 1 PM-3 PM, we will be outside of Blackburn Center collecting hygiene items for House of Ruth, a women’s shelter in Washington, D.C.

House of Ruth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Washington, D.C., whose purpose is to empower survivors of domestic violence to break the cycle of abuse and live independently, safely, and with dignity.

this service project was something bigger than me. this project was in honor of every survivor who uses their voice to share their stories and the stories of everyone who fell victim.

213 bars of soap, 21 sticks of deodorant, 83 packs of wipes, 11 packs of laundry pods, 29 jugs of laundry detergent, and 17 bottles of laundry softener all of which are being donated to house of ruth in washington, d.c.

to everyone who donated, know that you are changing the lives of many. your allegiance shows your advocacy towards the prevention of domestic violence.

Fabric softener
Bar soap (Dove or Rich Moisture)
