Makeup and hair for a Bride who has lots of fun with glam! For her trial we used lots of smokey colors and deep blush but for her wedding day Evalina decided she wanted a softer look and said “I trust you” - music to my ears ✨ Absolutely love how her look enhances her beauty (she is stunning without any makeup), is glam but not overwhelming, and we emphasized long lasting!

What a dream wedding and dream client ✨ Flew to Kauai to work with Amy for her wedding weekend. From the moment we met, her joy radiated and I loved creating multiple looks for her. Day 1 - Tea ceremony was all about leaning into her “cool winter” coloring with the makeup and pairing it with an updo to complement her qipao. Day 2 - Wedding Day we had so many laughs with her bridal party and Amy’s look was a more classic glam enhanced makeup look paired with effortless volume hair.

One of my favourite Chinese wedding traditions has to be the door games.

Before the groom gets to see his bride, he and his groomsmen take on a series of fun challenges set by the bridesmaids. It’s a playful way of showing that love, commitment, and a little teamwork can overcome anything.

Congratulations, Evalina & Alex!!!

It’s been a long time coming for you two to finally tie the knot. It was an absolutely beautiful day for these two to celebrate with their loved ones.

The day started out with everyone getting pampered, including Alex. Then, a sweet first looks with private vows between one another. To saying I do below the swaying palm trees of the Halekulani Courtyard. Ending with lots of dancing and drinks.

Also, did you see her unique veil? It was adorned with beads mapping out the constellation in the sky!
