So as of today iam not the fastest in the house any more 😢 losing to our man in the Garrott annual beach race to decide who's the fastest in the house for the year 🙈As sad as iam iam also proud that hes faster fair & square nothing but ❤️ for my little best friend till the end 😇It does make me think back to the day @philipgarrott reached for the afterburner and it wasn't there i now know how u felt , part of growing up i suppose 👴🏻But training starts ready for next year its gonna be hard hearing about it for the rest of the year 🙈🙈🙈😜 by @lynseyg9

Central Coast open bjj comp April 2026Comp ran so good well impressed with it all @thecentralcoastbjj_openWill deffo be back for more😁🙌Got the win in the gi & took out the super u13s over 45kg bracket to win the 1st Belt in the cabinet 😁🤙Thanks to Mentor @daz_monstroAlways Leading down the right path & making the trip to Sydney 😁❤️Thanks to @fm_bjj15 helping me get ready 😁💪Thanks to my team of coaches & teammates @ammagymbjj for always pushing & supporting me and adjusting classes to go through moves for me @ryan.sullivan42 Ally, Ange, & Adam 😁🥋🤙Looking forward to ADCC PERTH ! by @lynseyg9

Sydney thats a wrap and more memories made ❤️ Only downside we was missing our princess @charleighgarrott 😢Had the best time ! Met some amazing people ! Parkrun in a different state visited some special places ! Watched the sunrise ! 1st Bjj comp in Sydney ! 1st Belt won !Now home to get ready for the next 😁👍 by @lynseyg9

That's it 1st ever trail run and what an experience 👏 Only signed up Tuesday due to @daz_monstro jumping in for his next challenge 🙈 & getting me out of the comfort zone again 😂 if you haven't got a mate like Daz u needs to get one finding me experiences i never would have looked at and enjoying it along the way 🙌Well run event by @perth.trail.series What the family will be looking at near future events 😁👍Met some great friendly people & even had a photo with trail run royalty @obliter8pt_zacattackbjj that woman got some wheels 💪😁Thanks to @innerfocus.sportsphotographyGetting the memorable footage top job as always 😁🙌 & the biggest thanks to my gorgeous woman @lynseyg9 and best friend @chasejitzykinggarrott for surprising me at the finnish line your support ment more that you know ❤️Cant belive fuckin princess @charleighgarrott bombed me off for brekko in the city 🙈😜😂❤️ by @lynseyg9
