Today on Lynx Drinks - The Honeydew Sour 🍈

I’m so excited to use my @nitro.press more for creative cocktails! This take on a Midori Sour uses a stabilized foam to provide a nuanced texture, along with a very interesting sip!

Recipe (21+):

Base -
1.5 oz Midori
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Honey Syrup

Foam - (I’ll make a video on this)
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Coconut Rum (Hard Truth or Malibu)
1/8 tsp Methylcellulose
1 pinch Xanthan Gum
2 N2O Charges

Now serving on Lynx Drinks - Banana Bread (for Breakfast) 🥞 🍌

This riff on an espresso martini really took some trial and error to get not only the right level of banana, but also to round out the flavors with those warm spice and baking notes of fresh banana bread. 🍞

Oh, and molasses? Incredibly powerful, and underrated cocktail ingredient 😎
