Happy two years to the person I'm lucky enough to call my other half. Time flies when we're having fun, and it seems thats about all we know how to do. To many more adventures, laughs with friends, lazy nights in and sharing everything life has to offer 🧡 Love you Ems taken in Montauk Brewing Company by @lyonsonbikes

This is a love letter to New Zealand. I fell in love with it fast, almost as fast as I fell for @emily_britttt. Thank you for sharing your home, family and friends with me. I can't wait for more adventures, laughs and insane mountain bike rides next year. We'll be back soon NZ, you have my word 🧡🇳🇿 taken in New Zealand by @lyonsonbikes

Can't think of better way to enjoy Bicycle Day than with @emily_britttt on her first proper bike ride. Despite the 30 mph winds she went all the way to the Montauk Lighthouse and looked incredible while doing it 🧡🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻

Cheers to Bill's Big Bike Weekend™️ for the inspiration to get out there with friends by @lyonsonbikes

Saturday recap. Swim in the morning, picked up my bike from @kreb_cycle, & a 50 mile ride with my uncle (who got me into cycling when I was 13). Not shown was playing soccer with my dog afterwards by @lyonsonbikes

Swapping bikes on the @gozwift trainer is as easy as changing cassettes over. It takes 5 - 20 minutes (if you don't misplace the thru axle) with 3 tools by @lyonsonbikes

Swapping out some parts on my new (to me) @giantbicycles Anthem XC bike. And yes, this took me longer to edit than to actually do the work on the bike by @lyonsonbikes
