A little impro from this week 🌸
It was really fun to see which movements this upbeat music brings rather than planning ahead what will happen ✨

This week has been an insane rollercoaster mentally and physically for me. 🎢

I couldn’t ask for a better way to finish this week with catching a dream trick and celebrating in my community house each of our small successes. 🛖🪣⛺️
Happy to come out of this week full of gratitude for everything and everyone who is around me 😍😍

Thank you @zirkusprophet for starting a rope/twist session with me and filming the first catch ever ! 🙏🙏❤️
And thank you @fynjamin for all the great tips and for believing in me ! 🙏

Something not silky for a change.
My mom and I visited this house made by the artist @_sam_halaby and it inspired me greatly, this room was for and about his mom. It made me reflect about the role and importance of Moms in our lives, They are our pilers in this life, and I don’t know what will I do without it, being there whenever I need to be a child again. 🤍🤍

A different impro ending to this sequence from when I was working on it.
It has been a little moment since I just got to do what I want on the silks and I definitely miss it 🥴 but so happy with everything else I got to do and to be lately 😍🦋

A little lyrical sequence I started. It’s not at all what I want it to be yet, but I put it in this online archive to follow up on it 😅 💃

Watching this video, I realize that I never question my path whilst I’m on the silks. there, its presence in my life is unquestionable. It’s the moments in between where I start wondering about my path, choices, and making circus my living. This apparatus is my form of meditation, and as senseless as it is, it is almost always sensefull to me 🌸☀️(only maybe not when I am having my cycle 😅)

I really like that my face are barely visible in this video, and it is just a moving body and a fabric ..

A little video trying to recreate a sequence that I found and loved. Even though I think it can be nicer I still put it here, maybe someone will find other nice connections 🦋🥰
