48 hours away from my first PRO @hyroxworld race. The weights are heavy af, runs are fast, and the competition is stiff, but I’ve put more attention to training for this than any race I’ve ever run…time to have some fun! 🌶️

Racing @hyroxamerica Anaheim at 1:10pm Sunday.

An origin story. Today, the New York Times released an article with the top 25 magazine covers of all time. My dad‘s iconic shot of Brandi Chastain is among the winners, and this beautiful article made me realize that the titans of sport my dad brought home with him from work probably influenced me more than I have ever realized. I never doubted that I could compete as an athlete, because photos like this of legends like Brandi hung on our walls, and dedication and competition were always celebrated.

Dad, thank you for capturing this inspiration for me, and now for little Rev, as your lens turns to capturing her. 💙 I know she will be inspired by your art, too. by @lyricallyblonde

THAT’S A FLAG BAAABYYY!!! 😍🥈🏆 HYROX Miami Beach ILYSM 2nd Place

☑️ “You can run splits faster.” - @02gcrook
☑️ “So 1:07, right?” - @douglasgremmen

Peak Super Bowl memory- the queen @madonna singing a song I wrote at her halftime show. 🫠 Followed up by m&ms using the song in their Super Bowl commercial. 😫🏆🍫

It’s Career Week at Rev’s school…they said I should come in and share about my career as a trainer and athlete…. Do I call an audible and share some mems from Mommy’s secret past life?? 🤫😉

Morning routine running like a 10k. 🏆 #ad (Rev’s daycare is expensive af, help a sis out and click the link in my bio 😂)

48 minutes to get it done:
✅ Prep 3 meals for Rev
✅ Breakfast for EB (ty @one1brands)
✅ Leave the house clothed
✅ Test a workout (check them out for free on @xponentialplus using my link in bio!)

She is golden hour 🖤🌅💛 by @lyricallyblonde

Ya’ll. I’m literally the only single person at my HS reunion 🫣 Luckily I’m covered in bruises from the tri crash and I’m wearing an actual disco ball as a dress, so I’m prob just blending in, ya? 🪩
Shoutout to my ultracute +1 at the reunion picnic for making sure I’m taken care of. 👯‍♀️

It’s TRIATHLON RACE WEEKEND! Been taking this 👙 pic and racing the @malibutri for 7 years now. It’s absolutely WILD to think of 2016 EB, standing on the edge of that pool, absolutely oblivious to the years of competing she was about to dive into. Even wilder that now I have a teeny swim buddy. 💞

*Also wild is that today I actually googled “how to swim freestyle fast” 🫣
^Pls send any motivation you got! Mommy can use all the help she can get 😂 by @lyricallyblonde

😭 Core memory unlocked 🥹 Idk how I placed. I was 30 min off my PR, but she is the best medal I’ve ever had around my neck. Calling today a big win 🩵🩵 by @lyricallyblonde

I’m running a marathon tomorrow. 26.2 miles. 🫣 The last time I ran 26.2 was in March 2020. Since then, I’ve gotten pregnant, lost my partner of 5 years (not my recommended order of operations, btw), had a c-section, fell down the stairs carrying Baby and broke a couple toes, found a 15cm tumor in my shoulder, got gnarly surgery, and was totally KO’d by COVID. 💥 BUT between all the crashes, I got a badass running stroller, and training partner named Rev 🏎️❤️.
Here we are, 3 years later, ready to see what Mommy can do.

Now accepting any words of encouragement so I can reference them while I’m questioning my sanity at 3:20am tmrw. 🙃 And if you want to come out and cheer, lmk so I can look for you and buy your coffee! ☕️

My mom always said that you don’t really know a person until you’ve traveled with them— until you’ve lost luggage, missed flights, and seen the world with them. @giorgiapino, we have done it all together, and every single day with you has been filled with laughter and fun! And apparently bikinis. 😅👙

THANK YOU for giving me the friendship of a lifetime. I love you forever, and hope that this year is as wonderful as you are! 💗 HAPPPPYYY BIRTHDAAAYYYY!!!! ☀️🎉🥂 by @lyricallyblonde
