I am excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Indiana University!
I’m beyond grateful for everyone who has helped me grow into the athlete and person I am today.
A huge thank you goes out to my all my family and teammates for all their support they have given me throughout the years! Thank you for always believing in me and being apart of my journey, none of this would’ve been possible without each and every one of you.
Thank you to Coach Phillips, Coach Jazz, and Savoy for all the sacrifices and time you put in day after day. All the early morning and late night practices got me to where I am today. Thank you for always sharing your knowledge and advice and helping me get to the next chapter!
Finally, thank you to Coach Beathea for blessing me with this opportunity!
Go Hoosiers!!❤️🤍

🌟 Today’s session was all about pushing boundaries and improving performance. We tested Lyrics vertical jump, assessed her Reactive Strength Index (RSI), and crushed a total body workout to boost strength and agility.

Lets work @lyricsteele_track 🏋️‍♀️💥

Total body workouts for track sprinters are essential! 🏃‍♂️

They enhance overall strength, boost power output, improve balance, and reduce injury risk. 🏋️‍♂️💪

This leads to faster sprints and better performance on the track. 🚀

Nice work @lyricsteele_track

Note: This video does not follow the exact sequence in which I approach these movements; however some of the ingredients are here!

This past weekend was the last time I competed under Hero Sprint Club…

I’m so beyond blessed and grateful for this team and everything I have experienced with them. I have been here since the very beginning and I don’t know what I would have done without them by my side. Every single person on the team has impacted my life and has truly shaped me into the athlete and person I am today. Hero is a team full of hardworking, passionate, and dedicated individuals who come together and create something great. As track athletes we all go through our own struggles and have our ups and downs but we all know we can count on each other. I want to thank Coach Phillips for creating the Hero name and coaching us to become amazing individuals. You have helped me achieve my dream goal of becoming a collegiate athlete and allowed me to accomplish so many things throughout the years. Hero is more than just a track club… we are all family and I’m so happy I was able to be apart of it💜💜 by @lyricsteele_track
