**Great conversations & laughs! Olympia & I WAS JUST talking about menopause the other day. The signs of it and all. I of course had questions because I’m like did I start? Can't be, right. Look who just so happened to be in the building after our random conversation about menopause, @doctoriansmith ! With his book " The New Menopause kitchen!" Look how GOD works! He had soooooooo much knowledge & information on this and a few other health things!! Definitely, grab his new book!! It will answer questions and help you with healthy tips as well! Happy reading! by @lyrik_le

Had a AMAZING lunch with my NOW sista in CHRIST! She was a lesbian for years she said BUT GOD had us unexpectedly work a project with Amazon early last year before my unexpected health crisis. GOD place her in my heart to start praying for her. And I did without knowing what she was going through at that time. Earlier this year she was testifying about her encounters with GOD. On the last day of being on project without knowing it was my last day GOD told me to tell her to STOP playing with HIM. So, in obedience I did. Months later she texted me so we could finally have lunch so she could update me on HER new self!! She said I am NOT a homosexual anymore! She wears her hair like a woman now! Wears jewelry like a woman! Dresses and speaks like a woman now!!!! She does Bible studies on YouTube helping others heal and doing GODs word for real!! I am so happy for her embracing who she is!!! She said 2 people before me talked to her but, I was the one that told it to her straight, & it was all she remembered!! To GOD BE the GLORY! Just being obedient. Lord know I didn't know what the outcome would of been but I prayed & did what the holy spirit told me to do & say anyway!!! NOW look at Sista in CHRIST NEW life!! JESUS can & WILL!! Amazing Gospel concert at NCCU starting off their homecoming!! The walls group! @jonmcreynolds @pastormikejr and NCCU Gospel choir w/ my sis @mrsrogers611 🫢 At the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County with many others survivors accepting the proclamation for Domestic violence month October 2026 also DV survivors day Oct 11th!! Family, every Thursday at 7pm, we gather as one. Run4theOne isn’t just miles, it’s ministry on the move. We run, we walk, we pray, we share JESUS. Before we take off, we cover the ground in prayer. After we finish, we lift up testimonies, read the Word, and let the Spirit lead. Romans 12:1 reminds us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to GOD. This is our worship, right there on the pavement. Don’t worry about pace or perfection. If you’re walking, we’ve got you. If you’re running, we’ve got you. No one left behind. Just hearts moving toward JESUS together. Hebrews 10:24-25 tells us to spur one another on toward love and good works, not giving up meeting together. That’s what this is , community, encouragement, pressing forward side by side. So pull up, bring your sneakers, bring your burdens, bring your joy. Let’s lay it all down and run our race with endurance. Hebrews 12:1 We can’t wait to see you, to pray with you, to cheer you on and walk with you #fypγ‚· #christianrunclub #run #charlotte #jesus taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @lyrik_le
