A little introduction ✌️ by @lysrunning

I spent years dreaming about a life I didn’t think I’d ever get to live.

I hid. I tried to fit in. I did everything I was supposed to do.

Then I came out.

The years that followed were beautiful, brutal, exhausting — and mine.

Today, I look at these photos and barely recognize the person who once thought she would never get here.

If you’re still somewhere in the middle of your story: hang in there.

Transition saved my life. 🏳️‍⚧️

Why does waking up happy as a trans woman still offend so many people? 🦋

I wake up, enjoy my hot chocolate, watch the sunrise, and live my life. Just like everyone else.

Yet somehow, my happiness, my body, and my existence are still up for debate.

I didn't transition to make everyone comfortable. I transitioned to finally feel comfortable being myself. 🤍

Same injury. Different treatment. 🏳️‍⚧️😂
👨 2019 — As a guy: “Be tough. Walk it off!” 💪
👩 2026 — As a girl: “OMG, are you okay?! Let me help you!” 🥹💕

Being trans gives you a pretty unique perspective on how society treats men and women differently. by @lysrunning

Apparently, I'm wearing a Halloween costume all year round. 🎃
Sorry to disappoint, it's just me. 💋🏳️‍⚧️

To everyone who thinks trans women are just gay men… surprise! 💋

I'm a trans woman, out with my girlfriend. Not the gay you thought I'd be. 😘🏳️‍⚧️

Back at the stadium to cheer on our home favourite, Kouamé! 😍😍🇫🇷

Not the most exciting match to watch, but who cares?! HE MADE IT TO THE FINAL!! 🏆🔥🙌

So proud! What a moment, and even better in great company! ❤️🥂

2010 vs 2025 🦋🏳️‍⚧️

2010: Surrounded, hiding behind a smile. No one knew how much I was struggling inside.

2025: Finally living, smiling for real. But no one knows everything I went through to get here.

I'm not sharing my before and after just to show how much I've changed.

I'm sharing it to show you that it's possible. ❤️
To anyone still struggling: Don't give up. Your time will come.✨

Protect the dolls 💕

🎾💖 A doll in the stands… and no one got hurt! 🤣💋

Back courtside for the first time in years — and my first time since transition. 🎀✨

Spotted tennis legends Richard Gasquet & Guy Forget while the next generation brought the fire! 🔥

Let's go, Moïse Kouamé! 😍 Shame it ended with Gaston's retirement, but hoping to see you in Saturday's semis! 🤞💕

2014 vs 2026 🎤🏳️‍⚧️

In 2014, I was performing on stage without thinking twice.
Then came my transition. I found myself, but somewhere along the way, I lost the confidence to perform.

Maybe it's time to stop being afraid and start singing again. 🏳️‍⚧️❤️

I was born male. My body reads female now. 🏳️‍⚧️

I'm a trans woman, happy in my body and comfortable with who I've become.

So when someone comments “you're a man” I genuinely wonder: why does my happiness bother you so much? 🧡

The trans agenda tonight? Trying to look cute despite my scars, going out to enjoy my life 😭💅💜
Is that really so controversial? 🏳️‍⚧️✨ by @lysrunning
