HYROX Miami Beach 4/5/26 - Podium finish with Gianna and getting to race alongside Dan for his first Hyrox (definitely not our last 🤩)! Didn’t quite get back to full health after my last race, and my body definitely reminded me of that after this weekend. Crashed hard Monday and couldn’t even get out of bed… I’m really grateful I still got the opportunity to compete twice, but it also made me take a step back and realize I need to be smarter about when I push and when I recover.

Very proud of my Tampa/St. Pete community. SO many people showing up, pushing themselves, and doing hard things this weekend 😤🔥

Shoutout to @zensah for the compression socks that felt amazing on race day. I’ve been using their compression sleeves for years, and now that I know these socks hold up for running, sleds, and every station… they’re definitely a staple. Plus I’ll always take an excuse to match with Gianna 😂🫶

HYROX Miami Beach 4/19/25 - Second Hyrox race with @gmessina5 and this one was special! Not only did we smash our previous time with a 1:01:16 PR, but we also took home 1ST PLACE OVERALL in women’s doubles! 🏆 This win is a testament to the power of teamwork and having a partner who pushes you to be your best 🙏

7 runs. 6 stations. One hell of a way to put the @on Cloud X Tempo Pro + head to toe On gear to the test 🔥

@infinityxfitnessracing was so much fun! The Tempo Pro felt fast on the runs and ready for everything the stations threw at it.

This was supposed to be doubles with Gianna, but having her there in our matching fit cheering me through the solo meant everything 🥹🫶

Thank you @fit2run_therunnerssuperstore + @on for getting me geared up for this one!! Safe to say I’ll be back for Tampa on 12/5 😤🔥

HYROX SLC 9/19/26 - Utah was my favorite kind of getaway!! Hyrox Saturday for Dan’s second race, Sunday exploring around Park City and then Monday doing one of my favorite hikes I’ve ever done. Brighton Lakes has 4 lakes, amazing mountain views and so much wildlife. Such a good weekend of challenge + adventure 😍

DEKAFIT Ft. Lauderdale 9/12/26- Every year my sister and I take a trip together and this year we decided to turn it into a race-cation 😍 I’ve been competing in @deka.fit since 2020 but I wanted to try this format solo for the first time. I am so grateful for a sister who takes on new challenges with me and for a mind + body that continue to carry me through them!! 🫶

🏃‍♀️ SUNDAYS — Circuit with Me!
⏰ 8:15 AM • 9:15 AM

These classes are open to everyone and will still follow our standard Hustle + Circuit formats — just with an extra emphasis on performance, intensity, and preparation.

InfinityX #2 7/24/26- Huge thank you to @infinityxfitnessracing for putting on these events!! @gmessina5 and I got to spend another Friday night racing together and ended up taking 1st overall. Grateful for every opportunity to push ourselves!! Heat has definitely been part of the challenge lately but that’s what makes it fun! If you’ve been thinking about coming out to one of these, this is your sign. Can’t wait for the next one!!

RunDisney Virtual Series 7/26/26- Three 5ks back to back with @danpage101 around seven seas lagoon and the themes are: The Emperor’s New Groove, Hercules, Pocahontas and A Goofy Movie?!?! SAY LESS. Running is suppose to be fun and this was exactly that!! by @lyssanicolefit

St. Pete Pier Run 7/4/26 – 4 miles on the 4th trying to ketchup to @gmessina5 + @danpage101 !! 🇺🇸🌭 Franks a lot to everyone yelling “HOT DOG!” at me on the course..I was relishing every moment. Oh and I was the wiener of my age group! 🥇😂 taken in St. Petersburg Pier by @lyssanicolefit

Summer 2026 is off to a strong start! 💪

PRC InfinityX 6/12/26- Took home 1st place with Gianna at another awesome @pinellasrunclub event!

F45 Largo HALFROX 6/13/26- Got to do a sim with my sister which was incredibly special. She is strong, fast, and going to crush Tampa HYROX. Then, to keep the fun going, Gianna and I jumped into another one 20 mins later 😂

LOVE taking on challenges in this brutal summer heat with some of my favorite people. Wouldn’t have it any other way!! ☀️🥰 @gmessina5 @karenebitt

Grand Teton Half Marathon 6/6/26 - Dan and I spent a few days in Jackson Hole, Wyoming as an early birthday celebration for him, exploring a part of the country neither of us had ever seen before. We’ve both traveled quite a bit, but this place felt truly special. And the best part?! We got to run a half marathon through it! It wasn’t just the elevation that took our breath away 😂 Without question, this was the most beautiful race course we’ve ever been on and one that will be incredibly hard to top 💙

The race is the fun part. The real work happened in the months before — the consistency, discipline, and effort in training it took to get to the start line.

Showing up week after week to build the strength & endurance to perform when it matters most.
