If Charlotte won’t give me fall weather, I’ll just smell like fall instead 🍂

The limited-edition @hempzofficial Fall Collection is officially in my routine for the cozy scents + soft, hydrated skin.

Find it at @ultabeauty 🤎

Taking time to celebrate the small wins & this month it’s hitting 50 classes at @mpowerclt 💪🏼

I truly shock myself with how much I’ve improved in Lagree & I’m not slowing down.

Charlotte, if you want to try the 3 class pack for $20 use my code ALYSSA20 at checkout! 🔗 in bio.

Staying season-ready adds up, so I’m getting more out of all of the shopping I’m already doing at DICK’S with a ScoreCard+ Membership!

For $99/year, ScoreCard+ unlocks $350+ in annual benefits, including $100 in annual Bonus Rewards ($25 rewards every 3 months!) and unlimited free standard shipping with no minimum - it pays for itself!

If you’re already shopping at @dickssportinggoods, check out the ScoreCard+ Membership and see which benefits make sense for this season. Terms apply. #DKSPartner by @lyssaroooo

My why will always be the little me who dreamed of performing on a bigger stage.

The girl who stayed up way too late stretching in her room and watching every dance show she could find. Who built so much of her life around dance, moved across the country to learn from people she admired, and then eventually needed to step away from it for a while.

And somehow, after years off, I still found my way back.

Dance has been a lot of different things to me over the years. A dream, an outlet, a career, a challenge, and at times, something I needed space from. But I think that’s what makes this season mean even more.

Because underneath all of it, I’m still just doing something that little girl loved before she knew where it could take her.

And I really hope she’d think this is pretty cool. 🤍 by @lyssaroooo
