The Vasilikos River Watershed is under a silent siege from macro- and microplastics – from discarded car tyres and fly-tipping, to abandoned farm plastics and hunting waste. These pressures are already shaping the future environment our children will inherit.

At Cyprus Art Retreat, we have responded by developing a dedicated microplastic awareness workshop for young children, recently held in Anglisides. Through creative, hands-on activities and science-based storytelling, we help children understand how plastics affect rivers, seas, and our precious wildlife.

Our new Turtle-themed workshop uses art and imagination to inspire the next generation of environmental guardians. To learn more or book a session, please call 99893354.
