Spent the day at the Palm Springs Art Museum exploring the late Howard Smith’s work.

His ability to move through different mediums and master multiple forms of art was powerful to see. Left feeling inspired and reminded that creativity has no limits.

As I sat at the Ralph Lauren coffee shop, I found myself thinking about wellness.🌱

People often forget that wellness lives in the ordinary moments. Some parts are easy, some are harder and it’s not just physical, it’s mental too.🪨

Keeping up with yourself can bring happiness, or it can bring discomfort that pushes you to grow. Both are part of the journey.💜

Never forget what wellness truly is.

Tokyo was truly an unforgettable experience one of my absolute favorite places I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I’m so grateful to my family for joining me on this incredible journey and sharing this life-changing chapter. In just one week, I learned so much about the culture, and it left me feeling refreshed and inspired in ways I never expected.
