TBT to one of our very first London projects for @bonniegull at Brown Hart Gardens
Project #PBG

In the heart of London Mayfair, the British sea food restaurant Bonnie Gull opened their summer pop-up space for a culinary experience. The choice of the Escher inspired print to dress the glazing was echoing the ethos of the restaurant, with a palette of white and blue colours, distressed materials and ropes to create a sea side shack feel in the middle of the city.

Perfect way to spend your bank holiday weekend 🧘🏽‍♀️
Project #MRC

The perfect garden addition to this Grade II* listed property in London Notting Hill, a home office/gym outbuilding. To meet planning requirements and the flood risk, we create a 3 cubic meter egg-crate soak away system under the new garden space for rain water catchment. The structure was built on screw piles away from the Listed Magnolia roots, and clad with cedar wood battens. Internally, the skylight brings natural light within this zen space dressed with white tong and groove wall panelling and bespoke built in joinery.

Thank you Laurence @officialheatherwickstudio for hosting us and our @aaschool students today. The new offices are beautiful with such special attention to detail and materials and felt unusually cosy and homy for an office space. Thank you for taking the time to present your work as well, it was extremely inspiring for our students! @aavisiting_school @aaexchange taken in Heatherwick Studio by @m.de.m
