What a day and what a group of men! 🙌💙

Everyone stepped out of their comfort zones, tried something different and gave themselves permission to properly switch off. Seeing the benefits people felt and hearing such incredible feedback at the end reminded us exactly why we do this.

From HIIT and boxing to a guided frequency meditation through all the chakras, sauna, cold plunge, a men’s circle and amazing food - every part brought something different. Challenging, inspiring and sometimes simply a chance to slow down. Most importantly, we had some well-deserved chill time, with conversations that went deeper than surface level.

Jack, aka @the_regulatedman also led one of his men’s circles. We’re never quite sure what to expect, but they’re always eye-opening and there’s so much to take away. This time involved breathwork and moving like monkeys, lions and wolves… came for a retreat, ended up auditioning for a David Attenborough documentary 😂🐺🦁

But that’s the beauty of it, letting your guard down, having a laugh and discovering something by giving it a go.

Big love to everyone who came with an open mind, and everyone who helped make it happen. You deserve time like this lads 💙👊
