He puts in the work, and I love being part of the process!

Behind the scenes of our lymphatic wood body contouring session. By the next day, he reported being down a pound and feeling “drier.”

That’s his individual experience—daily weight changes can reflect fluid shifts, food, and digestion, so a scale drop doesn’t prove fat loss or a treatment effect.

Every session is personalized. Tampa, DM me to book!

Leaving Olympia with a full heart and feeling so blessed.

From working the expo and hearing the passion behind the vendors’ brands to watching incredible sports, catching up with friends, and attending both nights of finals—this weekend meant so much to me. Seeing athletes bring all their hard work to the stage and watching champions get crowned was unforgettable.

Getting to see behind the scenes, from building the stage to all the work that goes into putting Olympia together, made me appreciate this experience even more.

So grateful to be part of Tim Gardner’s team and to play a part in such an amazing weekend. Already excited for what next year will bring, but first… time to get ready for Hurricane Pro!

Vegas is off to a good start! Picked up the Jacked Jeans crew yesterday, checked out NewTech Gym, got a little shoot in, and ended the day at In-N-Out. Loving these first couple of days here and so excited for the expo to start!

Vegas, I’m bringing my tools with me! I’ll be taking clients for lymphatic drainage sessions while I’m in town for Olympia.

With all the traveling, walking, and running around, don’t forget to make time for yourself! Lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique that supports lymph flow and can help manage swelling.

If you’ve been wanting to book with me, here’s your chance! Please DM me by Saturday to prebook so I can plan my schedule around everyone. Can’t wait to see you all!

Corporate cowgirl, but make her Stage Ready. 🤠

AJ absolutely ate with these photos.

San Antonio was a movie… now we’re taking this energy straight to Mr. Olympia in TWO WEEKS.

Vegas, I’ll see you soon. 😏

Built like a Greek God but moving like a LEGO man? We gotta fix that 😂

A little behind the scenes of me working with Cordell 🏆

My sessions with athletes are about more than just looking less puffy. We’re working on lymphatic drainage, muscle tension, mobility, stretching, and helping bring out the physique you’ve already worked so hard to build.

And when you’re competing, I love working alongside your coach so we’re all on the same page with the look you’re bringing to the stage.

Competing soon? DM me to book your session for your next show.

Apparently putting a microphone on me while I’m fighting for my life is becoming a series. 🥊🎙️

Tampa Pro is OVER, I’m exhausted, slightly feral, and after a broken toe, a questionable knee and way too much time away from boxing… I’M BACK. 😂

Jose thought we were having a normal training session.

Jose was incorrect.

There was boxing.
There was commentary.
There were questionable decisions.
There was absolutely no inside voice.

Welcome to my post-Tampa comeback and the beginning of “Who Gave Her Boxing Gloves & a Mic?” 😂🥊

Prayers for Jose as this series continues.
