For the shark pit members and bjj friends. I’m offering a brain dump, a portion of which goes right to the competition travel fund for @beastboybjj - 6 weeks to learn enough from me to train yourself better.

-We will cover everything in the attached flyer.
-If you’d like to zoom in on one thing or another we can
-I will provide you with demonstration videos to guide you through stretching, some movement concepts and body position cues.
-We will build you a program for you to follow and maintain and adjust YOURSELF moving forward.
-** I will equip you with open source tools that i had my own trainers use with their clients or while programming.

I want this to be a massive value add to your training on and off the mats.

Most people probably know this about me but for the better part of two decades I have trained athletes (at many levels), soccer moms, executives and everything in between. I have also spent much of my career teaching Trainers how to train their clients better. Or at all in some cases. The number of top notch trainers I molded out of gym rats pulled off the weight floor, guided through certification and into successful careers in coaching is not just a small handful. - so when I say I can take you from where you are with the knowledge you have and amplify it I mean it.

Maybe someday soon people will ask you “how are you so flexible” during a roll, and you can say the same thing I do after you roll your eyes and say “I stretch” lmaoo

Never too far from the mats, Lots of old faces joining the Purple belt line. It’s literally just my class of white belts from 4-5 years ago. Got to award a belt and a few stripes to some savage kiddos. Got a stripe on purple. Watched the team CRUSH our opponents in a quintet. Ran into new faces, trained in a new spot on vacation. Elevation all around this summer of jits so far.

Can’t wait for William ‘BeastBoy’ Potters ADCC run this fall 🫶

Fudpuckers was so fun! We had an incredible time, Sully got chosen to participate in the alligator show trivia, kids enjoyed getting spray paint tattoos, fed and saw some gators, and ate some delicious food! 🐊 💚 taken in Fudpuckers Aligator by @m_f_sethjj
