Deep and reverent gratitude. Necessary perspective shift. These are the two sentences that keep swirling through my mind. @_lovehuyen says it best, “Today is a gift and not a given”.

I am so deeply honored to be welcomed and loved by such incredible men and women at @hills4atl. It’s so much more than just outside fitness, it’s family, it’s healing, it’s Jesus’ love emanating and radiating through the community.

People have joked with me, “don’t people go to run clubs to find a boo?” I wish they only knew…… never before in my life have I gone on a 2 mile walk with 3 men that felt like nothing short of sibling hood - just 4 like minded people looking to better themselves. (@begreatchan_2 @tk_rob @1bigdougo ) Never have I seen so many people hug and clutch one another dripping in sweat after honoring a beautiful young man in the best way possible. His legacy will live on through this community.

We never know when our time is coming. Live every single day in reckless and abundant joy. Love God, love your neighbors and love yourself.

Thank you @hills4atl my life will never be the same
