A degree in hand and a song in my heart <3

So much can be said for my past four years (+ an extra summer, RIP Porthouse Academy) at Kent State University. Studying Musical Theatre has changed the way I walk in life. I have learned so much about myself in the classroom, and from my amazing friends and classmates. I am forever grateful for my time at Kent, and the wonderful people I shared it with!

Dear university years💛💙 I am forever grateful for the amazing people who have blessed my life with love, laughter, and learning. It has been so fulfilling, to be able to study what sets my soul on fire with others who share such passion these past four years. I am proud to say I took every opportunity I could and ran with it. So excited to see what the next chapter brings🎓 by @m_uline

Do your knees shake when you sing? 👀🦵

As I was working with @m_uline from Kent State, only her LEFT knee showed a shaking pattern — a sign that the map on that side wasn’t fully online.

When we tested the rectus femoris, the left side was clearly weaker. Shaking isn’t about “too much effort”… it’s a nervous system asking for better information.

We put her into a left-leg-forward lunge and everything changed. Her belt stabilized, the sound opened, and when we reassessed the rectus femoris… it tested strong. 🔄✨

Reassessment matters.
Not just vocally — physically.

And lunge work is powerful because it connects back to infancy.

Around 11 months, we use this pattern to pull ourselves off the ground and move toward the world. Singing draws from that same developmental window — communication as survival.

Better maps.
Stronger voice.

13 years of being a puppy since day 1. I know heaven gained one playful angel❤️ I don’t think words can express how I can’t picture a day without you. I love you infinity poopers. Through moving cross-country, camping, being my running buddy, reading time, car rides, listening to me sing, and dancing with me every time - you will always be in my heart. I just know you’re getting your favorite treats❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my soul for being the best friend a girl could ask for. by @m_uline
