#trainingthattranslates Small-sided games are one of my favorite aspects to teach athletes how to find and get to space, score at all 4 levels, read the three lines of help defense.Competition is the best way to test players skill and ability. Making 100 different shots, doing 100 different moves don’t matter if the player doesn’t have the will to kill what’s in front of him. It’s meant to be challengingLets be honest.. A lot of players won’t get to play professional basketball. Whether it be opportunity, skill, physical attributes, grades, drugs, the streets… endless lists of reasons or excusesFor those who have a strong enough reason, a powerful community around them, and a will to do what they desire no matter the obstacles.. all understand it won’t be easy.
