[tragic chorus sings], 62 x 82 inches, 2025

Dust settles on despair like fine china in a porcelain cabinet. I admire it, (trinkets of devotion to life)- as I move about living, scrubbing these metaphorical floors, reaching out toward ornaments. Allowing hope to persevere like a crooked referee. I am allowed to rig the game, it is of my own design. Look at my hand - it white knuckles the scepter toward holy skies.
