The reset, in their words.

Recovery is part of the routine. Hear one of our guests share their cold plunge experience at Assagao House, from stepping into the cold to taking a moment for themselves.

After time on the court, make space to pause. Explore cold plunge recovery and find your own rhythm at Assagao House.

Our 3rd edition of TSH Time Machine 🕰️

This one was really special. We went all out with the production, @rad.icle_ would like us to clarify that ‘all out’ is an understatement, she’s still recovering. 😂

But everyone who showed up, dressed up and got into it made it feel so worth it.

@maanavdev kept the energy going all night and @lynston_blurryslur and @arpanp_ really made us feel like we’d travelled through a few different eras with the music.

Big big love to @patron for always supporting all our crazy at the house. 🫶🏻 and lots of love to everyone who came and made a night of it with us. Until the next one. 🪩

Bitter People’s Club - we listen and we don’t judge.
Here is a publicly acceptable version of an otherwise unhinged evening with alist’s team.

PS - What did Rohan do?

@maanavdev , former lawyer and current Chief Bitter Officer at our Bitter People’s Club.

Getting people to say things out loud used to be his job in a courtroom, now he does it for sport. Three editions in, nobody hosts a rant like Manny does. Pick a chit, get the room talking, and watch strangers go from polite small talk to full commitment in under five minutes. He doesn’t just run the show, he sets the tone for how bitter everyone’s willing to get.

See you at the next edition, Manny, bitter basket in hand.
