Kennedy Project —— Partitioning & MEP Installation Phase

Before architecture can be experienced, it must first be carefully coordinated.

Every wall, every installation and every technical decision made at this stage shapes the quality of the spaces that will follow. It is here, long before the finishes arrive, where the dialogue between architecture and construction truly begins.

In this residential project overlooking Collserola, the partitioning and MEP phase lays the foundation for a home where herringbone parquet, crafted cornices and bespoke joinery will eventually feel as though they have always belonged.
