Bit of running, bit of hiking and a bit of making my life what I want it to be, all with Mabel 🐾 🥾 🏃‍♀️

POSTS STORIES REELS

I actually really bloody love running and I never ever ever ever thought I would but here we are waiting for the next race 🫠 I think more so that I get to run with Mabel, although someone recommend me some trail shoes as these road shoes no longer suffice in this wet terrain 💔

Who knew that runs could be easy and intervals could be fun and looking forward to long run day because you can loop your favourite album. I am super competitive with myself so you best bet my goal is to lower that pace even more. SHOUTOUT @fenmousleyfit u a real one 🫶🏼 if you need a kickass coach, she’s your girl.

Rich because this was @calumrafferty_ when he saw me during @great_run. He ran for a good few hundred metres as well 🤪

@great_run letsss gooo! I am SO CHUFFED with this time, I honestly thought I wasn’t going to be able to maintain it. Starting slower was good but the Adrenalin carried me so well so I just went straight into it and I really did feel great the whole way round. Slight slog at 11k but nothing @veloforte chews couldn’t fix.
From someone who HATED running - this is your sign 🥳🥳🥳

It’s been a while but here I ammmm, and we are just under 2 weeks away from @great_run !!! I had an easy 12k to do but wanted to trial it at my race pace as never run that far at that pace before and here we are !!! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to comfortable run at that pace which felt soooo good, feeling confident and ready for it now 🤭 so yes remember your mind is your super power, if you believe something, it will happen. Let’s do this 💪🏼

Anndddd we are t-minus 7 (and a bit) weeks out from the @great_run and I’m feeling good about it !!! This is my first race so I’m aiming to hopefully aim for a 5:30 pace. I’m v competitive with myself but I also want to enjoy it. 5:30 is feeling good atm, I just need to make sure I’m consistent at holding it.

New country walks have taken a back seat while I’ve been running but I hope to set weekend time aside, especially after the GSR to do more of these. But for now - here’s some fun trail runs I’ve done recently ✌🏼 🫶🏼

We are pink & purple girlies 🩷💜

So, 10 mile race training is underway and I’m finding myself on a lot of trails because running with your best friend is win win right? I will likely be in this same kit as I love it a lot (washed obvs) so no judgement pls 🤭 I am 2nd week underway and I have one short and long easy to do, a strength session and intervals so let’s do this !!

Oh hey 👋🏼 it’s been a hot minute since I’ve done TentBox content and that is because we have in-fact sold it 🫣 to preface we LOVED our TentBox, we just found we wanted to pitch up and not be pitching down our tent to go somewhere so all in all it’s because quite frankly we’re lazy!
TentBox is great for an on the road type tent where you can pitch up for the night then onto the next adventure and we sold it to a guy who was beyond grateful for this which made my heart warm 🥹
We had some lovely camping adventures in it, we’re sad to see it go but we’re loving our Berghaus Air just as much - I’ll be sharing more of how easy it is to put up and some adventures we’ve had so far in it. Until next time !! 💙🩵
