So sometimes, my macarons are French… but also a little Mexican, a little Japanese, and even a little American.
They’re a mix of who I am each one carrying flavors from my roots, my memories, and the places that feel like home.

Yesterday, I received my diploma for completing the Plant-Based Macaron class at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. ✨🇫🇷🫣

So many macarons, cups of coffee, sweet memories, and beautiful people along the way.

Thank you for being part of my little dream and making this season so unforgettable. My heart is so full. 🫶

Until next season, with all my love. 🌸💕

A little collaboration made with so much love. 🧡🌼 @kirsten_mudpuppy

A special thank you to @kirsten_mudpuppy for sharing the beautiful cempasúchil flowers she grew herself, and for understanding just how much these flowers mean to me. 🥹

This is something we had been dreaming of and planning together for a long time, and seeing it finally come to life makes my heart so happy.

These macarons are more than just a sweet treat. They’re filled with love, memories, and a little piece of my Mexican traditions. 🇲🇽🧡

I hope you can feel all the love that went into making them and enjoy every little bite. 🌼✨ by @macaronsgraces

🏵️🧡 A little piece of Mexico, a little piece of my heart. 🇲🇽

These cempasúchil macarons are more than just a sweet treat. They are a tribute to my grandparents and all the loved ones who are no longer here with us. 🕊️

Made with cempasúchil (Mexican marigold) jam and traditional Mexican piloncillo, each macaron carries a little piece of my culture, my memories, and my heart.

This Día de Muertos, I wanted to create something that reminds me of home and the people I wish I could hug one more time.

Because those we love never truly leave us. They live forever in our hearts. 🧡

Made with all my love, in honor of my family. 🏵️🤍 by @macaronsgraces

🧡🏵️ A macaron made with love and cempasúchil , memories, and tradition. 🏵️🧡 🇲🇽

This marigold flower macaron is incredibly special to me. I made it with all my heart, dedicated to my grandparents and all my loved ones who are no longer with us but will forever live in my heart. 🕊️

In Mexico, marigolds (cempasúchil) are believed to guide the souls of our loved ones back home during Día de Muertos. Today, I wanted to turn this beautiful tradition into something sweet, filled with love and cherished memories.

Because love never dies, it simply finds new ways to bloom. 🧡🏵️

Made with all my love, for my family. 🤍 by @macaronsgraces

A little piece of France is coming to Grace’s Macarons 🇫🇷✨

I’m so excited to introduce our new Canelés de Bordeaux beautifully caramelized and crisp on the outside, with a soft, creamy, custard like center, flavored with vanilla and a touch of rum. 🤎

I’ve been so excited to make this classic French pastry, and after a few tests, I’m finally so happy with the result. 🥹

Available soon in limited quantities.
