Little glimpse into my rehab journey! We've taken a conservative approach up to this point, but we're now beginning to ramp things up as we move closer to the season. Our Junior/Developmental athletes are beginning to shape up for the business end of school season in line with how training has been periodised. The Seniors continue their steady progress towards track season. There's been so many results to be proud of right across the squad over the past few weeks. Can't wait to see what comes of the next month 😁 taken in Harold Corr Oval by @macatktrack

The track season is almost upon us! Here @macatktrack we've started collecting some base level data to assist us in tracking improvements in power and elastic capacity throughout the season. At the conclusion of each month our seniors will be revisiting @betterhealthsolutions to gauge how they are tracking with their largely independent gym training. These data collection days also function as encouragement for our athletes to remain consistent in the gym and help reinforce the value of their hard work throughout the season.

The effort and consistency of our Junior Developmental squad has been outstanding this off-season! 👏🏽🌟

Lots of school and Zone level carnivals happening at the moment. Our focus however is on later in the season, with the transition from GPP into SPP roughly correlating with Regional and State Championships.

The @unisportau National Athletics Championships saw the boys return to the Gold Coast and take on Australia's fastest uni students. Very proud of their efforts across the season to reach this stage and I'm excited to continue this momentum as we head into the 2026-27 season.
