R.I.P to the big bro. Would not be half the person I am or know any of my fam if it weren’t for you bro. You are a Sydney icon and one of the most talented people to come out of Sydney. You came into my life at around 14/15 and taught me so much about the world and music and gave me so much wisdom that I still carry today. You treated everyone you loved like family and always had our backs. You were the definition of loyalty. I know you’re watching over me and the boys pulling strings for us. last weekend was a special one. Will start off with Friday night and say a big thanks to @nextgen_audio for flying me out and hosting me to play for their @prague420fest , was honestly a surreal experience and was so sick to debut my dj/mc/prod set in Europe!! The whole fest was insane from start to finish and couldn’t believe how sick the scene was in Prague. Big ups to all the selectas artists/mcs and attendees that were there on the night. Big ups to you guys for your hospitality and showing me so much love, had a blast of a 24 hours and hope to be back there soon! Then head back to Manchester sat eve to play the @treehouse.mcr event supporting @maximumbbk on the Sunday. Have to big up @ezewashere for MCing the beginning of my set and really turning the crowd up. Was good to even just jump the gun and start spitting my own bars midway through the set. Was gassed with the reception to it. Can’t thank @treehouse.mcr enough for giving me the opportunity to debut my grime set, honestly one of the maddest sets I’ve played for time and super keen to do more. The whole night was amazing and I can’t even describe how crazy the energy was in that room and how talented the Manchester grime scene is.. Ready to lock in and get cracking with finishing/releasing music and to take this thing further. More things to announce soon! Artist Spotlight 🔦 Hailing from Sydney but now living in Salford, @macca4747 is no stranger to the Manchester scene. Known for his multi-genre approach that includes Garage, House and a host more, he is also an accomplished MC and Producer that has featured on the @linkuptv Grime 2 Shine cypher after @p1caps_ EP launch. With huge tunes such as ‘Kick Back’ on the Prawn Stars Vol. 1 Compilation and the hybrid ‘Sickest Cun*’ his versatility as an artist is unmatched. He has also been at Treehouse HQ for a Treestyle - it’s been long overdue that we get him on a show. Macca has has recently performed at numerous shows in Australia, and is playing in Prague in the run up to our takeover. Fuark I don’t even know where to start with this trip back home, I feel like this highlight dump doesn’t even come close to doing it justice as there were too many highlights. Was so nice to reconnect with everyone and do music close to everyday while enjoying the much needed sunshine. Met some amazing people during the trip that I hope to see in the near future. Now back to reality and work. Got soooo much new music to finish off and come out this year, thank you to all the people that let me shell down and do my thing, I was so gassed to get such a crazy reception everytime 🤙🏻❤️ love yas by @macca4747
