did someone say International Drag Day?✨ i’m so excited to share images from the ‘silence = death’ shoot. the whole process felt special and a little emotional and i’m very proud of the results 🩷

this project was born from:

1. an iconic and meaningful outfit by @choppshopatelier - a nod to queer activists past and present, and those harmed by the AIDS crisis

2. research and references from the AIDS crisis - felix gonzales-torres, peter hujar, keith haring (if you have not read And The Band Plays On you must check it out)

3. a blooming partnership with Ivanna

here’s to more queer projects in the future 💟 by @macephotos.4u
