I haven’t shared too much about my life this year and I wasn’t planning on sharing much. However, I decided I wanted this to have a permanent spot. So, if you choose to read it all, I hope my testimony gives you hope that even in the absolute darkest of valleys, He is still our Shepherd.🤍

2025 was a TOUGH year. One year ago today, we packed up and drove across the country in a snowstorm. We felt very strongly that we were being called to Texas. For what reason? We had no idea, but we spent a lot of time in prayer, talking with family, and felt we needed to be obedient to follow the call. It was the hardest, most growing-pain decision of my life.

Prior to moving, I had been apprehensive to the move because I knew it would be tough. I knew moving away from friends, family, and the mountains would be so hard. But, I also knew that ignoring the call to move to Texas would leave me with a lot of regret in what God could have done with my obedience. Austin is so strong in his convictions, that he was ready as long as I said “go!” & so, we went! Here I was thinking my obedience to move will certainly mean the Lord will bless us right away! Funny how we are humbled by our idea of how God works.
