Why do I feel like this? I can't talk to anyone. I don't want to be a burden. Noone would really miss me.

These are some of the thoughts that have gone through my head when I've been at my lowest.

So many people are affected by mental health in one way or another. Whether it's yourself or someone close to you.

On the 30th of September at 6pm, 88 people will be participating in the 45x4x48 challenge organised by @saints_fitness_nz.
45minute high intensity workouts every 4hours for 48hours.

This will be mentally challenging for everyone involved.

So, I'm asking for your help.
If you are able to donate anything, please do.

We have a goal of $50,000 but would love to smash that number out of the park.

If you can help with supporting the 88 individuals during the challenge with food, drink or any other services, it would be hugely appreciated. taken in Christchurch, New Zealand by @macheesman
