WORDS #1 - GOING HOME
I often write small songs that never get released, so I thought I’d start sharing them here.

A few short months ago we received the horrible news that we had lost a dear friend. I’d been thinking about him all day and when I got to the studio this little song flowed out of me. He was a fiercely creative collaborator, funny, loyal and all round caring and thoughtful friend. Love Sal by @machineage

2024 was an incredibly challenging year behind the scenes at Machine Age HQ.

But there’s still so much to be grateful for.

i. Honoured to contribute a small part to the amazing Eves Karydas’ #1 Australian Album “Burnt Tapes”

ii. Featured on “Scenes” incredible song “Let Yourself Love” gaining national radio support.

iii. Hearing our music at the cinema on the Soundtrack to “Reignite - a Brisbane Heat story” . You can stream it now on 7+

iv. As well as working on recordings that will no doubt be heard in the new year for Banff, Fragile Animals and of course us Machine Age

See you in 25! taken in Australia by @machineage

Let Yourself Love ft. @machineage
You’re lost for a moment in another world
Lights up, full house, overture.
You don’t listen to them waiting.
You listen for it - you let yourself love.

This project is supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF). RADF is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Logan City Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland. by @machineage

Honoured to feature on the new Scenes Ep “The Well” on the opening track “Let yourself love”.

Scenes aka @graham_ritchie is one of the unsung heroes in Aus music. You know him as the Bass glue in Holy Holy’s live show to collaborations with the likes of Thelma Plum, Gretta Ray, Japanese Wallpaper, Jarryd James, Big Scary and others.

Give it a listen and share with your friends! Link in bio. by @machineage
