B2B Haus is officially growing beyond SXSW. What began as a collaboration between @startupbaddie and @tiff_or_die // @brandcurators.co has become something much bigger. After debuting B2B Haus at SXSW 2026, they’re making it official and stepping into their next chapter as co-founders. And the duo is now a trio. I get distracted very easily. I have a lot of ideas, I’m online a lot and I see what other people are doing. Sometimes that causes me anxiety, and I start to think, should I be doing that? The season I’m in is transformation and expansion, and I’m realizing the way I’m packaging my expertise right now isn’t necessarily aligned with my big vision. So, in this season, I’m sorting through ideas and learning to run things through a filter. Not to avoid going down the wrong path entirely because sometimes that can be helpful too but to help me make better decisions when evaluating which direction to go in. It always comes back to your North Star: your vision, your impact, your why. So now, I’m using that as my filter. Is this aligned with my vision? Is this aligned with the impact I want to make? Is this aligned with my why? If the answer is no, I’m not paying it any more attention. If the answer is yes, I’ll explore it a little more. by @maciparr

Never thought I’d post myself crying on the internet but here we are 😭 Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to figure out what the fuck comes next. What do I really want? What am I holding onto because it’s what I’ve always done? What does the next version of my life even look like? It’s been BEYONDDDDDD frustrating. I’ve cried and I’ve questioned myself and I’ve wanted answers like yesterday. 😂 I’m finally eating my words because I tell everyone else this LOL and now I’m reminding myself that I don’t have to have the entire thing figured out before I start making moves. I’ve changed my mind before, I’ve started over before AND I’ve figured shit out along the way before. If one thing is for sure it’s, I can do it again. And again. And again. Here’s to writing a new chapter, even when you don’t know how the story ends. 🖤 by @maciparr

I’ve been thinking a lot about who I am outside of what I do and how I want to embody more of that in the way I show up, both online and in real life. I’m an operations consultant, an entrepreneur and community builder and I’ve accomplished things I’m really fucking proud of. But I’m also a reader, a writer, a sister, a daughter, a friend, deeply curious, astrology and pop culture obsessed, creative minded AND systems minded, a lifelong learner, a deep thinker and depth seeker, a routine lover, a dreamer, an action and risk taker. There are so many parts of me that exist completely outside of my work. So, who are you outside of what you do? I currently have about eight hours of sleep debt from my trip in LA, and I was thinking about how it’s impacting me right now and how I’m trying to address it before I accumulate more because if I don’t PHEWWWW it’s not going to be good. It got me thinking about business and how businesses can accumulate operational debt in a similar way. When I’m looking at a business operationally, I’m looking at the Founder, People, Processes, and Tech and how all of those pieces are working together day to day. Outgrowing people, habits, things, past versions of ourselves is being human and the whole point of evolving. The types of spaces I want to be in are changing. The conversations I want to have are changing. The people I want to surround myself with are changing too. I’m realizing I want to be around people who expand me.
