I’ve probably been through every method of coffee brewing over the last 10 years — pour-over, stovetop, French press, you name it. But none of them have been quite as rewarding (or as challenging) as the most recent one: espresso.

Lucky for you, you can hone your at-home barista skills too. Coffee Supreme and Breville are giving away the ultimate home espresso set-up, including a Breville Barista Express, 12 months of Coffee Supreme coffee and plenty more.
Head to @coffee_supreme_au to enter.

My family moved to Sydney in the early 2000’s. Very excited to get to run through the city I once called home.

Big thanks to my @tempojournal team and @asicsaustralia for the opportunity.

30 today.

Been a rough couple of weeks with the loss of Charley. Thanks for all of the love during this period. First big milestone without floof, we miss you sweetie.

Yesterday we said farewell to our beautiful girl, Charley. She squeezed everything she could out of life, sparking pure joy in us every single day for nearly 15 years. We could never have been prepared for the hole that she will leave in our lives, but we are grateful for the countless memories, cuddles, walkies and zoomies we got to experience with her. She couldn’t have been more of an angel, the most well-behaved and loyal girl any owner could ask for. They are never just pets or animals; dogs are the most loyal of companions, and even up to her last day she would follow us around the house, keeping eyes on us.

Charley, floof, nudgey, we know you are in a better place now, watching over your brother and us every day. Mum wears your noseprint around her neck, so we know wherever we go you will always be with us.

I’ve been pretty quiet on the running front around here.

Today I ran the furthest I’ve run since I crossed the finish line at the Melbourne marathon last October. The truth is, I’ve been chipping away behind the scenes at a lot of my weaknesses. Lots of time in the gym, much less running than usual but I’ve been enjoying the process all the same. Excited to line up in Sydney in 5 weeks and run well!

Shaved my head, went full slim shady

Best long run shoe in the game
