hellleeer long time no see, i took some time to try and enjoy the gym without feeling the need to post or look the best all the time, as some of you may or may not know i have struggled with body image issues and eating problems in the past and i never wanted the gym to feel like something i HAD to do to look good and it began to feel that way. anywho no one cares but yes! food is fuel, love your body and if you feel good about yourself you look good. by @mackmgym
