Costa Rican Surf & Turf, Baby! Ribeye, two lobster tails, grilled veggies and salad. Obviously, I’d already said my blessing and cut the steak before I decided I should take a photograph. Who can blame me?! Mr. Lewis had the same except he opted for the huge tomahawk instead. Filet wasn’t an option but the rare ribeye was extremely tender. Steaks and lobster cooked to perfection! Mar Azul is the joint and it’s tucked away off the beaten path in Playa Del Coco. Reservations and a visit, highly recommended… 😎🙌🏻❤️🙏 #marazul #puravida taken in Playas Del Coco by @macongasunshine

When your cocktail arrives looking like this and it’s made with Flor de Cañas 12 year you know it’s going to be good! It did not disappoint! The sage syrup came through in the end with a sultry flavor and warmth after the light and citrusy limón and orange juices. Beautiful Maria and her three handsome hunks came to visit me yesterday. A sweet friend and proprietor of my favorite little soda in Coco. Many thanks to this beautiful, in every way young lady, for surprising me yesterday with a wonderful day of beach hopping by boat. Playa Huevos is still my favorite! If I was a photographer I would have captured that fabulous sol sinking into the Pacific right over her right shoulder.
