POSTS STORIES REELS

Photography has taught me that growth isn't always about finding something new—sometimes it's about returning to the same subject years later and seeing it with different eyes.

These before-and-after shots are separated by nearly 6 years of learning, practicing, failing, and trying again.

Every image here is a reminder that progress comes from patience.
Keep shooting. Keep learning. Trust the process.

I've started all the way from Samsung j2 and a generic Macro lens.

That night, I was out on a frog photography session, standing in the still, shallow water with my torchlight scanning every ripple. The air was heavy with humidity, and the faint sounds of crickets filled the darkness. After spending some time with a few other frogs, I came across this particular one — its calm, steady gaze immediately drew me in.

As I got closer, I noticed a tiny spider resting on its eye. It was such a curious sight — two tiny creatures sharing space so peacefully. I began taking some single shots, avoiding stacks since balancing my body in water made it nearly impossible to keep the frame steady.

Then, out of nowhere, a grasshopper landed right on the frog’s face. For a moment, I just froze — the scene looked surreal, almost like nature had paused for me. My instincts took over; I quickly changed my settings for stacking, clenched my jaw, and started shooting as carefully as I could.

But while I was pushing the focus to the very end, the grasshopper leaped, and the frog hopped away, so I couldn’t focus on the spider after all.

When I finally stepped out of the water, drenched and tired, I couldn’t stop smiling. That night, I carried home not just an image — but a story that only nature could script. by @macros_by_zeeshan
