A quick #mtb travelogue from a trip to #northcarolina recently.

Note: Mountain bike trails can sometimes be damaged by riding in the rain. DuPont State Forest's trails handles the rain well, but it's something to consider. taken in DuPont State Forest by @macs_riffs

Found this beautiful album (available on YouTube) called 12 Persian Folk Songs. This tune is Mikhahi labu. It fit my mood with the news lately. Find a link to an ACLU petition demanding Congress take action to end this unconstitutional war in Iran. (And then consider supporting a charity to support Palestinians, too. You can support many Gazans directly through platforms like GoFundMe.) #iran #music #nowariniran #freepalestine🇵🇸 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @macs_riffs
