To all my loved ones in LA 💔 My heart and prayers are with you.
LA will always be home.

I’ve been seeing a lot of nasty comments online about Los Angeles and its people. The rich vs the poor narrative is tired and not needed at this time. LA is a vibrant city full of beautiful people from all walks of life and these fires are nothing else but a devastating tragedy for the city and its people.

I wrote this piece as a reminder of the powerful essence this city holds due to the thousands of people who are born here or move here and make this great city what it is. This city is resilient. Full of dreamers, creatives, and some of the strongest human beings I know.

I love you all, I love our city, and I’ll be praying daily, donating, and holding space for any one who needs it.

LA thank you for inspiring me to be my most creative and vivacious self all these years. Couldn’t have gotten where I am without you.

TRUST IN NEW BEGINNINGS
🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕

How do you know you are on your path?
✨Because it disappears..
How do you know that you are really doing something radical?
✨Because you can’t see where you’re going..

And the call to TRUST and ground deeper in the knowing that you are divinely supported is louder than it’s ever been 🙏🏼

I am grateful for so many things these days.. to name just a few:
❤️My loving family and the opportunity to heal so much together at this moment in time
🫶🏻My incredible friendships full of SO much LOVE and infinite ♾️ expansion
✨My EPIC mentors and sisters
🪩The inspiration and support from my work family
🌳The wide open spaces and beautiful nature surrounding me
🧠 The magnificent intelligence and healing powers of the human body
🎶Music and all the joy and healing it brings me every time I pick up my guitar, press play in the car, or make a new friend on the dance floor

For this opportunity to 🐌 s l o w d o w n..
And to be exactly where I am needed for the people I love the most ❤️

✨LIFEFORCE✨

Qi, Prana, whatever you want to call it, it is the vital essence that sustains us.
It is the collection of radiant weaves that flow both within & around our bodies, through our mind & spirit, feeding our vitality so that we may find health, happiness, & share our gifts with the world.

What happens to this force when the road gets tough? When we feel drained? When life becomes sometimes unbearingly difficult?

In the past 2 months I have experienced change that has been challenging to accept. I’ve encountered grief, resistance to endings of all kinds, & the need to let go. All leaving me feeling stripped bare as my life takes on a new and unfamiliar shape.

It is in moments like this, after the tears & the days of rest finally run their course, that I realize I am being asked to become MORE. That I am being asked to TRUST, guided in an unknown direction. To gather the tendrils of my faded light weaves & return back to the most powerful parts of myself. Stronger. BRIGHTER & with so much more to offer to others & myself.

Here I return home to my heart, practicing the things I know strengthen this vital essence within me, & promising myself to share as much of it as possible.

One thing is for certain, I know I am not alone in these experiences. I know that while ‘tips and tricks’ on how to be happier or to better ourselves may be rampant online, that sometimes we just want to feel SEEN for the AUTHENTICITY that is this human experience. And the truth is, it’s anything but easy.

But we owe it to ourselves to UNLEASH OUR MAGIC. To hold tight to that INFINITE power that flows all around us & strengthen it every chance we get. To SHARE our TRUTH & find our VOICE so that someone else may find a way out of the dark.

To those in my life who have been a guiding light these past few months, Thank you ❤️ You have been pieces of the map that led me back to my own light when I struggled to find the way.
