📚New ARC Review📚 I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Book title: Jan Frost (book 2 in series) Author: @serenapierwrites Release Date: October 22 Blurb: The week before Christmas. They lock eyes across the bar, and recognition freezes them in their tracks. She’s his online fantasy. He’s her most devoted subscriber. On this snowy Chicago night, the spark between them turns parasocial obsession into a dangerous connection. It should be nothing more than a holiday fling. Instead, it becomes something neither of them can walk away from. Because once Jan Frost decides something is his, he doesn’t let it go. A filthy yet surprisingly sentimental age gap romance, Jan Frost unwraps what happens when a wealthy reformed criminal—cold and untouchable as winter itself—meets the one woman hot enough to melt him. Tropes: Age Gap (30/64), Silver Fox, Christmas Romance, Light Dark Romance, Morally Gray Characters, Billionaire Romance, Mafia Ties, Whirlwind Romance, Instalove, Mild BDSM Themes (Daddy/Brat), Spoiled Heroine, Possessive/Dominant Alpha Male, Opposites Attract, Found Family, Love After Loss, Holiday Romance, No Third Act Breakup #bookReview #arcReview #arcReviewer #bookish #bookstagram taken in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by @mad_book_reader

🎉Happy Release Day!!🎉 TITLE: What Happens Between Us AUTHOR: Allasandra Buckner COMPS: The Mindf*ck Series, Butcher and Blackbird, and Frieda McFadden WORD COUNT: 120K BLURB: Alyssa Higuera knows how to disappear. It’s how she survives, slipping out of one life and into the next before anyone can look too closely at what she’s left behind. When everything fractures in a single night, leaving nothing but loss and the wreckage of who she used to be, she doesn’t hesitate. She walks away and does what she’s always done. She becomes someone new. Now living as Aerys Rose, she builds a quieter life with a man who feels easy to want, stable in a way she isn’t used to, offering something dangerously close to genuine. For nearly a decade, a serial killer has been hunting across the country, leaving behind the same calling card at every scene: a pressed flower bookmark sealed in resin. It’s a case Aerys knows well, one her sister followed too closely… until she became part of it. Grief doesn’t care what’s right. It only cares what’s left. So when she’s accepted into an online book club her sister once belonged to, she doesn’t question it the way she should. The women are sweet, welcoming in a way that feels almost too perfect, offering connection that’s just convincing enough to trust. And when they invite her on their annual retreat, tucked far from everything she knows, a retreat known to be exclusively for admins, she says yes. Because for once, she isn’t running. She’s choosing to stay… even if she shouldn’t. TROPES: Femme Fatale | Enemies to Lovers | True Crime | Serial Killers | Missing Persons | Infidelity | Spice and Plot | Revenge | Forced Proximity #bookReleaseDay #bookRelease #bookish #bookstagram #rattleTheStarsPR taken in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by @mad_book_reader

Thinking about joining a PR group as an author or an influencer?!? @the_space_network is a unique group with unique resources and tools. I am part of a few others and this is not a dig on any of those. I want to highlight what makes this one unique. Also, this is my first voiceover and of all days, I am fighting a cold today so disregard the raspy voiceover. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Feel free to reach out to Kayla @the_space_network for questions or to join this amazing group! You won’t regret it! 🚀 #thespacenetwork #bookInfluencer #bookstagram #bookish #arcreader taken in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by @mad_book_reader

A big thank you to @chapter3pr & @ruewilderomance for this audio launch. 🌟4.25🌟 I was given an ALC copy in exchange for an honest review. This book held my attention from page 1! Great character development, mostly like all characters, a little hotter than medium spice, solid plot that has you rooting for the “good guys” to come out on top. Combination of sweet, dirty, infuriating, hopeful and funny. The narrators did an incredible job, multi cast member audiobooks tend to sound so much more believable. Loved it!! #ruewildeauthor #wilderomance #staywilde #spicyromance #audiorelease taken in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by @mad_book_reader
