A little about the lady behind Madam Lash + Beauty!

First and foremost, I’m a mama of four. I have two daughters, 18 and 13, and two boys, 5 and 3. Being a mama is my favorite role in life, a fun fact I loved being a mama so much I wanted to be able to give that gift to other families being a surrogate twice. Both times I carried twins, one set of boys and one set of girls. It was such a unique and incredibly special experience, and being able to make such a huge difference in another family’s life is something I’ll always be grateful for.

Honestly, making a difference in people’s lives is all I’ve ever really wanted to do, whether that’s through my family, my business, my friendships or simply being there for someone when they need it.

I was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Boulder County. In my 20s, I moved to Brighton, Colorado, where I’ve called home for the last 11 years.

Lashing has always been so much more than a job for me. It’s a true passion and such a fun creative outlet. I love being creative, but even more than that, I love the relationships I’ve built with my clients and getting to spend time with my girls and my lash besties.

I’ve been with the love of my life since I was 16, and we’re quickly approaching 20 years together! He is my biggest supporter and truly the best daddy I could have ever asked for to raise our babies with.

I’m a total girl’s girl. I love supporting other women, other mamas, small businesses and brands that I genuinely love. I believe there is room for all of us to win, and I’ll always be the girl cheering you on.

Originally from Arizona, Celeste is a licensed beauty professional with 5 years of experience and 4 years specializing in lashes. She is also an award-winning lash lift artist and an educator in both lash lifts and brow laminations!

She has a true passion for the beauty industry and helping her clients feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.

When she’s not creating beautiful lashes, you can find her being a boy mom to her two adorable boxers. 🐾

Lash besties, I have a question!

If you wear loupes while lashing, are you looking through the magnification when you pick up your lash, dip it into the adhesive, AND place it on the natural lash? Or do you only look through the magnification when it’s time to place the extension?

I want to know how other lash artists are doing it because we all have our own techniques, and I’m curious what works best for you!

Lash artists, this is your reminder that not everything you post has to be educational, strategic, or designed to gain new clients. 🤍

Yes, we should absolutely be intentional with our content and make sure we’re putting ourselves out there to attract new clientele. But don’t forget to be YOU in the process!

Show off your work. Post that beautiful set you’re proud of. Share something fun just because you love it. Not every post needs to teach a lesson or have some deeper meaning behind it.

Sometimes, you just want to show off a gorgeous set of lashes, and girl, THAT’S OKAY!

Don’t get so caught up in the strategy that you forget to enjoy the creative side of what you do. Have fun with your content, express yourself, and let people see the artist behind the business.

BEST OF THE BEST 2026 ✨

I want to start by saying thank you to my amazing clients, friends, family, and everyone in my community who took the time to vote for me. Being named 2026 Best of the Best Esthetician is something I am genuinely so proud of, and I truly could not have done it without you.

When I look at this award, I see so much more than a plaque. I see years of hard work, sacrifices, late nights, big dreams, failures, lessons, and choosing to keep going even when things weren’t easy.

I became a mom young, and for so many years my focus was simply taking care of my babies and giving them the best life I could. But I also wanted to show my kids what ambition looks like. I wanted them to see their mom dream, take a chance on herself, build something from the ground up, and never stop reaching for more.

I hope my journey reminds other young women that you don’t have to have everything figured out to start. You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going. You just have to believe that you’re capable of more and be willing to work for it.

Keep dreaming. Keep working. Keep reaching for the stars. ⭐️

To all my lash mamas

Don’t forget WHO you’re doing all of this for.

The late nights. The fully booked days. The hustle. Building your business. Chasing your dreams. Creating a life you’re proud of.

But as a mama of four, I’m learning more and more that it’s so important to slow down and actually live the moments we’re working so hard to create.

I have one child who has already grown up and is starting her own life, and when I look at her, I swear I blinked and suddenly my baby wasn’t a baby anymore. 🥹

And now, when I’m cuddling my little ones, I find myself wanting to hold on a little tighter… because I KNOW how fast it goes.

You look at your older children and realize how quickly the years passed, and you’d give anything to go back and have just one more ordinary morning with them when they were little. One more cuddle. One more sleepy hug. One more moment where they needed you to hold them.

So, lash mama… keep building your dream. Keep making your money. Keep growing your business.

But please, slow down sometimes.

Put the phone away. Take the extra cuddle. Sit on the floor and play. Kiss their little cheeks. Let the laundry wait. Let the emails wait.

Because one day, they’ll be grown… and you’ll realize these little moments were never the interruptions to your life.

They were your life.

I’ve had the honor of teaching so many beautiful lash artists in this industry my cheat sheet way of creating mega volume lashes, and it has truly been a game changer for me.

I could never figure out the traditional flower bouquet technique for mega volume. Those little glue dots just never worked for me. The moment I figured out my own technique, it saved me so much time, hassle and frustration.

I know how hard it can feel when you’re struggling with a technique and start wondering if you’re just not good enough. I’ve been there.

Never give up, ladies. If lashing is something you’re truly passionate about, keep working at it, keep learning and keep pushing yourself.
