Strawberry matcha Frasier cake!! ❤️

I’ve never made a Frasier cake before but I’ve always loved how the sides look, so glad I tried it out! This cake has an extra matcha twist which goes so well with the strawberries 😋😋

Sponge cake recipe is @cooking_tree ‘s condensed milk roll recipe, can confirm that it produces the softest and fluffiest sponge!! taken in Adelaide, South Australia by @madbbatter

matcha, strawberry and raspberry sponge! 🍓

Originally baked the sponge in a sheet pan to make a Swiss roll but I decided to try out a rectangular design instead, love how you can see the pretty cross section! 🥰

This has layers of matcha sponge, recipe from @cooking_tree , with raspberry coulis, sliced strawberries and matcha whipped cream :) also topped with fresh lychees taken in Adelaide, South Australia by @madbbatter

BISCOFF BASQUE BURNT CHEESECAKE 🤩

recently experimented with putting biscoff in this cheesecake, and I loveee how it tastes with the creamy cheesecake! Super sad to be ending my uni holidays in a sudden lockdown but at least it gives me time to bake 😋

Basque burnt cheesecake recipe is from @buttermilkpantry ! I recommend baking the 6 inch cake for exactly 35 minutes for the creamy centre ;) taken in Adelaide, South Australia by @madbbatter

Japanese strawberry shortcake 🍓☺️

This is a 3 layer sponge cake with layers of whipped cream and strawberries. An increasingly popular order request, and I love how minimal it looks! :) taken in Adelaide, South Australia by @madbbatter

Strawberry matcha choux! 🍓🤍🥰

I’ve been seeing people stuff whole strawberries into cream puffs for a while and I finally have the time to try it out. I love how pretty the cross-section looks!

For anyone wondering, a hole has to be cut at the top of the choux pastry shell, then pipe some cream inside before placing a whole strawberry inside, then pipe some extra cream on top to decorate! taken in Adelaide, South Australia by @madbbatter

Baked this over a year ago but it’s still one of my favourite & prettiest cakes made to date, crafted from the genius of @blackstarpastry
