Maybe that’s what I have to hold onto now..
that love doesn’t disappear just because I can’t hold her in my arms anymore. Because holy shit, I would give anything to hold her one more time. Just one more. To kiss her little face. To hear her little flutters. To feel her on my chest. To have one more completely ordinary day that I didn’t know was going to be the last.

seeing the actual screen-used Trojan Horse, the original costumes, and authentic props up close was so freaking cool. then following it up with a second viewing of The Odyssey in one week? zero regrets.

December was all about: integration✨

The work didn’t disappear.. it became easier, more graceful. What I practiced all year became how I respond. Movement turned into momentum, intensity transformed into softness, and control transmuted into trust.

December always brings up old trauma, but the difference lives in my body now, and damn, things felt different this year. Me 1 year ago wouldn’t have handled things the way I do now. I just keep going, growing, walking, dancing. I keep choosing happiness, laughing, finding ways to love every bit of my fun sized life.

I’m deeply grateful for my friends and my family who’ve never given up on me. You’ve made me a better version of myself. You’ve given me purpose. I truly wouldn’t be who / where I am without you ❤️ by @madbryn

November’s word: consistency✨

I kept choosing what felt good.. even when it was hard. Little by little. Step by step. Moving through it all in real time, raising my rebound rate. The instantaneous shifts, signs, and synchronistic shit that followed literally made me laugh. They say you gotta feel to heal, aaaaand it’s true.

what kept showing up was: big ass leaves, roses to stop and smell, LOTS of water (baths, pool, jacuzzi, hot springs, rain, the river, the ocean, tears), & St. Jude (damn did he show tf for me)

I danced each time I reached the top of a mountain, even if it was the same one. I pushed myself to move so I could show myself that I can find ways to enjoy every moment, even when it’s not fun.

Turns out consistency is how storms pass faster..
