2oz of matcha whisked with heavy cream for top layer
Bottom layer takes 200ml of coconut water and 1oz of house made blueberry syrup

Early grey cinnamon banana iced shaken espresso ☕️🍌🫖

Two shots of espresso, one shake of cinnamon, one oz of house made earl grey syrup over ice, shake well! Then strain into a cup of ice and top it off with banana milk☺️

On today’s menu: Blueberry vanilla matcha latte🫐🍦💚

1 1/2 scoops of matcha (tsp is what I use)
.75 oz of both blueberry and vanilla homemade syrups
Milk over ice
TIP: (make sure to whisk in an M shape for almost a minute! Make sure not to scrap your whisk against the bowl to hard as well:))⭐️⭐️
