fearfully & wonderfully made.
We are all so fearfully and wonderfully made.
I am so grateful to have a God that took the carefulness of crafting me so perfectly in his image. We often get lost in the idea that we feel unseen or insignificant in this world, some of us may even feel forgotten. But there is a caring and loving Father who has had his eyes on you since the beginning. He has seen you before your mere existence and he still sees you now. Our Lord knows everything, is everywhere, and created all, but he also knows everything about YOU, goes everywhere with YOU, and created YOU. In this psalm, David was so assured by the constant love and care from our Lord Jesus that not even “sheol” could separate him from it (we see this later in Romans 8:38-39). He thinks so well and often of us, what a comfort that is. That the creator who crafted the heavens and the earth decided to be so purposeful in creating all of us. He is to be praised for it all !!!!! This is the heart posture of gratitude that I have been working on and meditating over. He is the reason, the way and the truth. He gives life and purpose. Thank you Jesus, it’s always been about you.

Romans 8:28 ->
Our sufferings are not wasted!! Sometimes it’s hard to understand why or how good things can come from such low valleys in life but the truth that all things work for the goodness of God can give us rest. We are sitting in the Lords perfect plan where even our SUFFERINGS work together for his good!!! This is good news!!! He is able to work ALL THINGS TOGETHER, not some things, not in isolation, but all things TOGETHER for our good and his good. Being faithful does not mean that life will always be good, but believing that everyday God is good. And the promise of God is not that you won’t suffer, but that you won’t suffer long.

On the back of my tape I have Romans 5:3-5 ->
We would love it if God could just give us qualities such as perseverance, character, and hope as we sleep at night but that isn’t gods plan. Gods plan is for these qualities to stem through tribulation. God is leading us to a certain posture when it comes to tribulation: “Lord, bring it on. I know you love me and carefully measure every trial and have a loving purpose to accomplish in every tribulation. Lord, I won’t seek trials and search out tribulation, but I won’t despise them or lose hope when they come. I trust Your love in everything You allow.”
Lastly, the hope that tribulation builds in us is not a hope that will be disappointed because of the OUTPOURING love that God has showed as intention to complete his work is us which we are able to experience through the Holy Spirit.
“The love of God is like light to a blind eye until the Holy Ghost opens that eye… may the Holy Spirit now be here in each one of us, to shed abroad the love of God in our hearts.” -Spurgeon

knowing that we are suffering for the sake and will of Jesus brings us peace and joy in life. The fruit of our struggles is ultimately JOY!!! A gentle reminder to have when I look at my wrist while playing to remember the audience of one I live for in life❤️❤️ by @maddiekhan.n

Summer ‘26 was filled with sanctification & JOY!!!!!
God bound my wandering heart to thee!!!!!
He is really kind for showing me how to live an overflowing abundant life through this place & these people summer after summer.

Session D!!!
I couldn’t have imagined a better session to end off on!!!! This session was filled with people I wanted to know deeper but never had the chance to until now!!!!! I admire each of them for the different ways that the Lord has shaped them and used their stories to impact campers/ staffers. They are bold & confident in who God has made them to be, that alone has taught me so much!!!! Eternally grateful for how God views us and these people pointed me towards that truth when it was hard for me to see myself.
This session showed me that we are Gods beloved and He will not stop at anything to pursue us in love!!!!!

C!!!!
These are my session C people!!!!! I am feeling so lucky that I got to spend 2 weeks with them because of how refreshing each of them were to me!!! At this point in the summer it dawned on me that I had 5 weeks to go & was afraid that I wouldn’t have the energy or willingness to keep serving others to the capacity I wanted to. But God was really kind to me in giving me people who embodied childlike faith and zeal in so many different ways/ in different circumstances!!!!!
I walked away from this session with confidence knowing that the Lord will provide all that is necessary in every moment!!!

Session B!!!!
After my first session there was a part of me that felt a lot of pressure to make the next one “good enough” or even better than the first. Because of that there were moments I needed to depend on the accountability, grace, and love from the people around me more often than I was used to. I will be forever grateful for the hard because now I see how faithfully the Lord uses it & uses His people to reveal His truth in it.
Thankful for this session for teaching me so much about myself & God!!!!

I wanted to take a sec to talk about how God used the Ranch & the people in it to transform my life/ the lives of countless other staffers & campers!!!!!

These are my session A ladies!!!!!! They have taught me so much about Gods grace & challenged me to be faithful in ALL things. These women/all of the people in session A are living proof that the fruit of surrender is JOY!!!! I love all of them dearly & can’t thank the Lord enough for them🤟🏽🤟🏽❤️
