March was a bit of everything.
Some really big highs. 60kg bench, my first (very questionable) unassisted pull up, and player of the match at netball 💪🏻
Some tougher moments too. Ankle subluxation, flare ups and a few things life threw in 🤕
Kept showing up, adapted, made good food, spent time with good people.
And naturally coped with it by purchasing emotional support gym sets in the @aybl sale ✨

February felt like the longest month.
I hit some PRs and felt strong, made time to look after myself, and tried new things even when my joints weren’t always on my side. I brought netball back for some fun cardio, worked around night shifts and low morale, and ended the month with coffee dates, good people, and time to breathe. 🤍
